Upon checking in I was greeted by Shelley behind the front desk. She was welcoming, very friendly, and easy to talk to. She was accommodating and informative, letting me know about breakfast times, as well as the social/mixer that was happening the next day in case I wanted to participate. My family and I were evacuating for hurricane Francine at the time. Our lives were a little hectic, but the front desk staff, the location, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel gave us a little relief.

Check-In was great, from greeting to the information about hotel activities. Was check on through out the day to see if everything was going great or needed anything. Breakfast was awesome both days of my stay!!!!! All staff was friendly an helpful!!!!!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family traveling to Frisco / Plano area to stay with y'alls Hotel!!!!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for the 4/8/24 eclipse. It is near a great deal of restaurants and shopping! We appreciated the clean, we kept facility!

Breakfast was unavailable on Sunday, 7/23. The girl at the desk told us that someone had called in and had no one to make breakfast. I understand sometimes call ins happen, We still paid for breakfast and did not get it so that was a little bit of a bummer.. Also I love the free laundry so I guess when it's free you shouldn't gripe But half the dryers were broken. Overall, the property was really nice, and breakfast was really good when we were able to have it. I'm 80% sure I would stay there again..

All well. Clean and had all that I needed. Good breakfast with a bit of vegetables for a change (bold move). Clearly can see that some customers try make life difficult by carelessness or even vandalism (with luggage cart) in corridor and in room which is annoying but, facility is great and will come again (and will)

It is a great location with lots of food, shopping and entertainment near by. The staff were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was average for free hotel breakfast. It was nice to have access to the juice & soda machine at anytime and not just during breakfast.

We really enjoyed the spacious of the room and all the things that is equipped in the room. We enjoyed the big refrigerator and stove.

Great place!! the room was extremely clean and big, breakfast great with a variety of different choices and staff kind and nice. Wifi would be the only small downside as our room did not receive a strong signal therefore internet was very slow and inconsistent.

I did not have the breakfast due to limited choices. I dont care for turkey sausage or meatless sausage so I just ate breakfast elsewhere. The coffee was good and I the wife and I enjoyed it daily while we were there.
